database, tables, queries, forms and reports. He demonstrated the process
of opening an Excel spreadsheet with Access and explained the step by step
process. He also demonstrated how to open a DBF file and convert a field
from a text format into a number format. He built a query using two tables
and showed how the relationship between the tables can be changed from a one
to one relationship or a one to many relationship. An expression was built

the “IF ELSE” function. This is a powerful expression that can also be used
in spreadsheets.
