Meeting Notes, June 20, 2006
The meeting started at 7:15. Pres. Ross was unable to attend as employment duties called.

Treasurer Report
Bob Dalecki was also unable to attend due to an employment commitment but provided a treasurers report which was given and accepted as read.

Program
Steve Higgins presented a program on Microsoft's newest operating system "Vista". Although Steve did not have a cost figure on the new program Cliff reported on the rumor he heard that the price was around $400.00.

Margaret Harper, a reporter for the Indiana gazette, and Thomas Slusser, a photographer for the paper attended our meeting to do a news article on the ICPCUG.

Old Business
It was mentioned that the Senior Centers are still looking for volunteers to teach computer usage to the senior citizens of Indiana County.

Also regarding the ICPCUG name, we have 3 members continuing to work on this project. Discussion was tabled until the July meeting.

 New Business
None

 Open Forum
We discussed members' current problems and possible solutions including a short report and discussion of "Vonage" advantages and disadvantages.

Ron McConnell made a motion to adjourn which was seconded and passed and meeting adjourned at 8:47.
